My passion for supporting others in this work is rooted in how profoundly it has transformed my own life. I’ve explored many medicines and modalities over the years, each offering its own wisdom, but nothing has opened my heart or shifted my inner landscape as deeply as this particular medicine. It has been a catalyst for awakening, inviting me into truth, tenderness, and an entirely new way of relating to myself and the world.
The deeper I’ve gone into my own shadows, wounds, and long-held patterns, the more I’ve learned to meet myself with gentleness rather than judgment. As that internal relationship has softened, my external relationships have transformed as well.
We are always reflecting our inner state—projecting it into our interactions, our partnerships, our communities, and the world around us. When we carry self-criticism, fear, or old stories, they quietly shape how we respond to life. But when we cultivate love, empathy, and compassion within ourselves, those same qualities naturally radiate outward.
