My awakening began in 2017 as I deconstructed, and ultimately left, the high-demand religion I was born into.
Everything I held as “absolute truth” came crashing down. During this destabilizing yet defining crossroads, I committed myself to a path of mindfulness, self-actualization and deep healing.
With my newfound blank slate, I embarked on a journey of discovery. I sat in ayahuasca ceremonies with Shipibo healers in the jungles of Costa Rica, traveled solo through Indonesia for five weeks learning from healers across the world and devoted myself to years of deep inner work with my incredible medicine facilitator and mentor.
I’ve shed layers of fear, shame, and pain, uncovering a deeper truth within myself. Each step along the way has been an act of reclamation, leading me into greater alignment and authenticity.
I’ve learned to trust my body’s wisdom and reconnect to parts of myself I had once abandoned. I am in an ongoing practice of embracing presence over perfection, love over fear, and truth over illusion. It is from this place of ongoing discovery that I walk beside others, guiding them on their own path of growth and healing.
